We will act as part of the company (without, of course, being employed by you). We, or our designated representative or firm, will ensure that the workforce, senior management, and junior management are informed about our activities. If necessary, we may choose to interview senior and junior management.

However, this would only be conducted at convenient times to avoid disrupting the company’s operations.

Every potential new client meets with the founder of our company or a managing partner within our firm. This initial consultation is not a sales call; rather, it is an opportunity to provide full transparency about who we are as a company and have an open dialogue with you to determine how we might help your business.

We do not try to be all things to all people. If we don't believe we can solve your company's challenges or meet its goals and expectations, we will be upfront and let you know.

How Much Do You Charge?

First and foremost, our initial meeting is completely free. This allows us to learn more about your business, establish our credibility, and explore how we can best support you.

Following this, we will agree on a commercial rate that aligns with the service we provide. In some cases, this may be a fixed fee for a specific project.
